Club One believes that personal training is one of the most time-effective and time-efficient ways to get and stay in shape. Once considered an option only for bodybuilders or the wealthy, the concept of personal training or “fitness coaching” has been redefined and is now obtainable to anyone. Personal training clients now include busy moms, weekend warriors, professional athletes, and senior citizens.

Personal training is not “one size fits all” at Club One. We understand that not every member can or wants to work out with a trainer three times a week, month after month. That’s why we offer a menu of customized training options, including one-on-one, semi-private, or small group training.

Perhaps your individual routine needs updating—a single session with a trainer can revitalize your workout. You’ve just had a baby—a 10-week program with a trainer can help you get back to your pre-pregnancy shape. Or you and your partner are dedicated Spinning® enthusiasts but want more individualized attention than a group fitness class offers—a series of five semi-private training sessions can refine and challenge your skills.
